Unless I use ALLOW Globally (Dangerously) All sites blocked

NoScript 2.9.0.11 works for me ONLY when I allow All Globally (Dangerous). Otherwise, when I check the blocked sites, I do not see the WEB address for many of the sites. Do I need to close ALL the Tabs in Mozilla Firefox after configuration to get the effect of "selective allowed sites"?
Thanks

Are you using Firefox Nightly or Developer edition with Private Browsing enabled?

I can confirm this.

Temporary allowing or permanently allowing does not work or have any noticeable effect while running Firefox Developer Edition in Privacy mode. I would assume this is also true if you have your browser configured to always run in privacy mode.

All javascript is blocked, even when whitelisted. The only way to allow JavaScript is to allow it globally (dangerous).

Nick
