NoScript button does not always display properly

I am using FF 46.0.1 and NoScript 2.9.0.11, on top Windows 8.1. On some (most) sites that have scripts, when I try to press the NoScript button that displays on the bottom right of the browser (when in full screen mode), the menu that pops ends up going down, rather than up. As a result, I can't see what to block or allow. I then must use the NoScript button at the top left of my browser to see what site(s) is causing the blocker to pop up.

This has been sporadic and behavior differs with different FF browser/NoScript version combinations.

Only the bottom right button position is affected by this issue. The right-click context menu and the upper left button positions work as expected.

How are you getting the button on the bottom right of the browser?
(That's the "normal" place in SeaMonkey, but then SeaMonkey still has a Status Bar.)

To be honest, I can't tell you now how I got that button down there. It must have been from a much earlier release. I just attempted to find in both NS and FF options how to set it, and the option no longer appears to be present. The button is set to auto-hide, and shows up only when there are scripts on the page to be addressed.
