Using
https://panopticlick.eff.org/ my browser is much more unique now that I use noscript.
However, if I use a site that I need to "allow" for it to funcion, this site can then run javascript and fingerprint my device (browser plugins etc)?

When I allow the top level site to run on panopticlick, it still cannot run javascript. I need to “allow all this page” for it to run javascript and make my fingerprint unique.
Are most sites like this, ie do they rely on third party code to view my full fingerprint or can they fingerprint me once I allow themselves (the top level page)?

JS is JS and doesn't have significantly different capabilities on the top-level site than a 3rd party site. What can be done with 3rd party scripts can be done with 1st party scripts, plus a site can always choose to self-host the fingerprinting JS should they so desire.
