On Firefox 45.0.1, I get a script busy error when I try to use my email provider: A script on this page may be busy or it may have stopped responding. You can stop the script now or you can continue to see if the script will complete.

I disabled all add-ons and everything worked fine. I enabled just NoScript and the error occurred again.

Which email provider?
Are you allowing all script sources? If not, does Allow Scripts Globally (with nothing in Untrusted) make it work?
Does the error message tell you which script & where in the script, is busy?
