Funky IFRAME Placeholder

The IFRAME "belongs" to the left of where it is, & actually it is.
Clicking the blank white spot does bring up the Allow dialog.
Just weird how it displays.
Assume it is NoScript related.

Allowing the IFRAME & it does open & position itself where expected.
