You already have special resource tokens representing multiple sites/ips (ALL, LOCAL). I can conceive wanting to write rules in terms the three built in noscript lists/groups (untrusted sites, trusted sites, unknown sites) and also perhaps in terms of user defined (ui would be needed to create and edit these lists) named groups (the names becoming resource tokens that can be used in rules).

Perhaps something else to consider would be instead of making these a permanent part of the ABE foundation, create a way for the user to declare and create their own. Like the alias feature of bash for example where you have humptydumpty = telnet and then when you put humptydumpty it loads telnet. This way it takes a load off you to create, maintain and explain all the different types and allow the user to create and maintain their own. Just wondering out loud.
