Allow HTML Temp 3.7.2 toggles JS in SeaMonkey

Allow HTML Temp 3.7.2 introduces a JS setting for mails. If JS is disabled there, it is also disabled in the browser preferences and NoScript can't allow JS. Just a heads-up.

This:
Allow HTML Temp 3.7.2
<therube_agone> Mc: so you're saying 372 disables JS entirely, where 364 worked correctlly?
<therube_agone> & by virtue of the fact that the "same" JS handles both browser & Mail,
<therube_agone> once disabled, NoScript is no longer effective? but then if that's what the
<therube_agone> extension is doing, then it goes without saying.
<Mc> the extension can in version 3.7.2 allow or disable JS in a mail, but if it's disabled (the default setting) the JS setting in sm preferences is changed to disabled as well, yes

There will be soon a new version 3.7.4 without that switch.

Allow HTML Temp 3.7.4 for sm is now on amo, but it doesn't work as expected. the JS switch is still there, but now set to enabled (which is just good for us NoScript users). the other two settings are now also set to enabled, although these are marked as not recommended.

On another update the two settings are now NOT enabled, so it may be ok so far.
