You cannot successfully download the attachment even if you have whitelisted Yahoo Mail domains.
I notice NoScript shows some IP address like 68.142.200.12
I can download if I whitelist the IP address too.
Do you know what it is? Why does it happen?

Thank you but one question is unsolved.
Is it safe to permanently add the IP address into the trusted list?
Temporary allow or permanent allow?

If you're using default NoScript settings (i.e. you're not blocking IFrames), upgrading to 1.9.7.4 should suffice.

Yes both forbid IFrames and frames are checked.
So is it safe to add IP address into the whitelist or just temporary allow for every session?
Thanks for your answer.

That IP belongs to Yahoo, then the choice is yours.

However, if you've got also "Apply these restrictions to trusted sites as well" checked, there's no point in permanently/temporarily allow the IP since you just got to use the "Blocked objects" menu to temporarily allow objects from *@ip.nu.mb.er on each session.
