How can I blacklist 127.0.0.1? because it appears on every pages.

You can blacklist it as follows:
NoScript menu > Untrusted > Mark 127.0.0.1 as Untrusted
But since you don't seem to know why it's there, you should scan your system for malware per General Troubleshooting Instructions #2. 127.0.0.1 is your own computer.
(Requests from arbitrary webpages to 127.0.0.1 are also blocked by NoScript by the default ABE rule.)

Hi Barbaz,
I did mark 127.0.0.1 as Untrusted but it always come back.
I'll scan my computer. I think it happened since I installed cacaoweb.org (to watch films in streaming).
