Get this message on all sites requiring java even after I have allowed the site and uninstalled java Firefox 43.0.4
To use Outlook Web App, browser settings must allow scripts to run. For information about how to allow scripts, consult the Help for your browser. If your browser doesn't support scripts, you can download Windows Internet Explorer for access to Outlook Web App.

Does disabling NoScript (Tools > Add-ons Manager > NoScript > Disable > Yes, remove ALL protections) get it working?

What message is that?

32 or 64-bit?
Java does not work in FF x64.

URL to that? Or is that something to do with Win8/10?

Is that something different from the "java" aspect?
JavaScript is not Java
What domains have you allowed?

Java and JavaScript are completely separate and unrelated to each other.
After you allow the site, what other sites appear on the menu?

I had the same problem and I finally sorted it out. Try this; Open the NoScript Options, click the "Advanced" tab, then click "HTTPS" then on the 'Permissions' tab where it says "Forbid active web content unless it comes from a secure (HTTPS) connection" in the drop-down list select "Never" if 'Always' is selected then JavaScript won't work at all sometimes even when NoScript is disabled

No, I use it at work, it's definitely HTTPS.

I thought that institutions using OWA host it themselves?

Hmm...we're using Office 365. There might be OWA for a self-hosted version, in which case it could be plaintext.

Ah, the case where I've seen it self-hosted is as a webmail client for an Exchange server.
