Updated to ff 43.0.3 (with noscript 2.7) and went right click on the S icon to allow script to run and noticed that I was unable to scroll up or down and the list of the scripts was only about 5 items long with Arrows at the top and bottom to scroll.

I updated to development noscript 2.7RC1 and the issue is fixed.

Another question, which is more recent 2.7 or 2.7RC1? I would figure that 2.7 release would be more up to date.

You are correct that NoScript 2.7 is more recent than 2.7rc1.. but NoScript 2.7 is identical to 2.7rc1 aside the version number change (and signature change resulting from that), it's therefore not a NoScript issue.

If you install NoScript 2.7 (release) again, does the problem come back?
