Problems with noscript that im haveing

ok this started to happen to me when i updated firefox and got new update for scriptblocker if i turn this on the icon in the corner doesnt show iand i have yet to find a page it blocks
also if i have this addon on and i close firefox i have to restart the pc just to get firefox running again ive uninstalled and reinstalled both firefox and scriptblocker several time and still haveing the same problem so i cant use this at all anyone know how i may resolve this i love this program and like to use it again

That looks like an Add-Ons Manager corruption.
Could you try to follow the steps outlined in this article?
