My doctor sends me a link to a survey form so I can rate my most recent visit. I've never been to the survey company's site before. I see the survey and fill it out. I press 'Submit'. Either nothing happens or the survey reloads blank. This is because I needed to allow the survey site in NoScript. In my excitement to fill in answers, I forgot to look at the red NoScript icon. This is very frustrating. Sometimes I remember to allow the main page, but the Submit button needs some additional permissions.
Let's think of things that would help me remember to Allow the survey site. It is very frustrating to lose my answers when I hit Submit.
If a page has a 'Submit' button, and new permissions are needed, put up a dialog, or otherwise alert the user. What is a better idea of how to not lose my answers? If a page has radio buttons or fields I filled in, and I later choose Allow in the NoScript menu, can it remember my answers and repopulate the page after it is reloaded?
I get messed up filling out forms. Over and over.

Does Form History Control help?
*Always* check the changelogs BEFORE updating that important software!
