question about level domain

Good morning
Checked forum and faq but can't find an answer to my question.
At the picture below you can see which domain I need to allow everytime I want to view the tv streams. Would like to add
the green lined option permanent instead of temporary for this site. There's only temporary allow option for this domain lvl.
