It seems that latest versions of NoScript forbids any IFRAMEs, even if they are coming from trusted domain, regardless of any settigs & permissions. AFM, i had to downgrade my Noscript to 2.6.9.37. No future?

It is the last version of Pale Moon that was compatible with Windows XP.

Unfortunately Pale Moon is not a supported browser, so NoScript shouldn't necessarily be expected to work there. However, a few of us Mods push for NS bug reports on the latest version of Pale Moon to be fixed, because we like the browser. Also however, *your* version of Pale Moon is (as far as NoScript is concerned) tantamount to Firefox 24 ESR, which *is* a supported browser.

Does the problem still happen in a clean profile with only NoScript installed and all defaults?

My problem arose when I tried to playback sound using Google text-to-speech service --
Google checks Referrer field in the HTML request header, so I had to use the IFRAME
to send a request. The problem disappeared when I unchecked "Forbid other plugins" checkbox in "Embeddings" dialogue.
