Symptom:
Various problems with NoScript. Unable to even bring up the settings page for NoScript.
Disabling NoScript causes it to hang when clicking to restart Firefox. Seen processes that reside: Flash and Firefox.
Also causes Plex Mediaserver to not be able to connect, even though everything is allowed. ( https://app.plex.tv/web/app )

Tried:
Disabling all other add-ons, re-installing NoScript.

System:

Firefox 41.0.2
Windows 10
NoScript 2.6.9.38

Other add-ons: Adblock Plus, InlineDisposition, iCloud Bookmarks, YouTube High Definition.

If you disable all extensions except for NoScript?

Are you sure you're running FF 41.0.2?

The Plex problem is likely to do with ABE, there are a couple other threads about plex on the board somewhere that may help you solve it: search.php?keywords=plex.tv&terms=all&s ... mit=Search

As for the rest:
Please create a clean profile from scratch. Install only NoScript latest development build, leaving all the defaults.
Does the problem still exist?
If not, what if you then import your NS settings into the clean profile using the Import and Export buttons *on the very bottom* of NS Options?
If that still doesn't reproduce the problem, NoScript is not the culprit... try Standard Diagnostic (leaving NS enabled) to isolate and correct the real cause.
