Hi,

I want to download a free language learning podcast with more than 100 episodes in bulk with Firefox in Linux Mint 17.2 Cinnamon Edition.
I installed the FlashGot Firefox Addon for this purpose. Unfortunately this Addon doesn't download anything after setting up the Destination Path.
There is this Support Forum for this particular addon and that's why I'm asking here if other people have problems with this Addon on Linux Mint or is it a bug of the Addon itself?

I don't know what I'm doing wrong.

I would really like to download the whole podcast automatically since it's a hassle to download everything by hand. Does somebody know about alternative working FF addons?

FlashGot All, then I filtered by file type (in my download manger) selecting MP3's, & I it gave me 20 or so files like:

http://www.russianpodcast.eu/wa_files/1 ... stions.mp3
http://www.russianpodcast.eu/wa_files/2_family.mp3
http://www.russianpodcast.eu/wa_files/3 ... people.mp3
...

Which all would seem to download successfully.

i was doing the same as you have suggested but nothing happened. it seems to be a bug specific to the linux mint build of firefox. i uninstalled it and switched to the vanilla version of firefox on my linux mint installation and now it worked out of the box.

case closed i guess.
