How to identify a single source, I want to allow?

It often happens, that you have a webpage with multimedia contents, eg a video, I like to watch. At first I try wo allow the pageaddress itself, putting it on the whitelist. But if they use another server for the video, you have to permit one or more other sources.

My question is now: How to identify the source of the video, if the page has a list of 20-30 different servers?
OK, I could allow ALL, but then NoScript is useless.

Hit or miss.
Over time you may come to pick out the needed ones?
If you get a placeholder initially, a mouse-over might clue you in.
"cdn" or "video" would be likely candidates.
Most sites that I go to, to me, its fairly straight forward, but then I'm not into "prime time" content so I'd have no idea what goes on at a place like "Fox" or CNN.
Some can just be a PITA.
