Wont run no script

Hi, I have done everything in the How do I install NoScript instructions. When I install it says Installed! When I go to about:config, there is no xpinstall.enabled
for me to set to true. There other xpi lines but not that one. I have restarted my computer many times trying to see
if anything worked. I dont know what else to do. I set security per instructions. Can anyone help me?

Never mind I finally found it. Do you know how many pages I looked at? Way to many!! It was at about:addons.
