subject: allow all of this page menu order.
hi whenever I enter an unfamiliar site that I want to make downloads from or use some script functionality I must click the noscript toolbar button, scroll down a different amount on each site and locate the "allow all of this page" button. could someone please reorder the menu to put this button at the top of the menu as it gets the most use for me. If you do this I will donate ten euro to noscript. thank you.

No / -1, as changing the menu order for *everyone* would be confusing & disorienting for most users (myself included). However, I've previously asked for the menu order to be user customizable, which would allow you to set up your NoScript menu the way you want: viewtopic.php?f=8&t=20480

Besides, you would be MUCH better off using "Temporarily allow all this page" rather than "Allow all this page" - and that has the added bonus that you can configure a keystroke for it.
https://noscript.net/faq#qa3_11
about:config > noscript.keys.tempAllowPage

(If you decide you really want to Allow the sites, when you've got all the permissions you want go into the NS menu & click "Make page permissions permanent".)

Back to the main subject of changing the menu order, given my response can you please clarify whether you would sponsor (up to the amount listed in your post) menu order customizability as detailed in the linked topic, given that it would allow you to have your RFE in a way that's optimal for all users?

thanks for the response. I will donate the 10 euro regardless, when the funds come through to my card. the menu order customisation seems like it would work but it is lot to ask as the complexity would add to browser slowdown. I have added the keystroke to my about:config. I wonder could noscript.keys.AllowAllOfThisPage be added as this would not break the familiarity to other users. The keystroke would make it easier for blind users to use noscript.

Not so sure about that. The exact menu customizability I'm requesting, NoScript already has the basic logic, I'm just asking for a way for the user to control it. I would think that wouldn't add to "browser slowdown" any more than the current system already does - in fact, the current system of determining menu order based on type of menu & screen position is probably slower than determining menu order based on a fixed integer from about:config.

The reason it's not safe to use the "Allow all this page" option is that you are blindly adding sites to your permanent whitelist without looking at what they are. Temporarily allow all this page has the advantage that you have a chance to vet any "new" sites before deciding to trust them.

If you still want to not go through the menu for a set option on the wrong side of it, the safer route would be to have an option to set a "Make page permissions permanent" keystroke which, before making the page permissions permanent, throws a confirmation dialog asking "Do you want to add the following sites to your whitelist?" & lists the involved site(s).

It's true that I never fully understood how to use noscript and no which sites were trustworthy and which were not. But I have never used noscript for security purposes, merely to block scripts which would cause the browser to hang. so most sites all scripts are blocked, for instance if i just want to read an article and the few forums i post on i need noscript disabled. all i want is an easy keybinding to toggle between the two and surf the internet without tormenting me with lists of sites to okay or deny. i don't know one site from another anyway and if a site hangs for me both with noscript okayed and disabled then it is obvious i would have to deny individual sites, but not until then. browsing should be a joy not a chore and it is up to me what level of security i want for my computer.

To be honest I'm not sure NoScript is the right tool for you then. Have you looked into YesScript and/or µMatrix?

You can also try NoScript's cascading permissions mode:
NoScript Options > Advanced > Trusted > Cascade top document's permissions...
& mark things you don't want as Untrusted.
