Does Noscript make these extensions unnecessary?

Does Noscript do the same thing as these and can I get rid of them?

Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en

Advertising Cookie Opt-out https://www.google.com/settings/ads/plugin

Ghostery

NoScript is a security tool, not a privacy tool. The *only* way in which NS overlaps with any of those is that if you don't (Temp-)Allow google-analytics.com then it completely blocks the google analytics tracking. (https://noscript.net/changelog#2.6.5.8)

So I'd say that the google analytics addon is redundant but the rest are not.

Be careful with Ghostery, though; it has a history of not coexisting peacefully with NoScript.
