Recently installed and uninstalled Noscript, but since uninstalling Noscript i have noticed a few differences with my browser(firefox). One that stands out is the google search page, the appearance of the page is not as it was pre installing noscript, also the image page is all wrong too. When i use incognito mode it reverts back to what it was before installing noscript.

How do i remove all configurations that noscript has set? I've tried resetting firefox and i have also removed prefs.js file from the firefox folder. But i'm still getting the same thing.

All help much appreciated.

This doesn't really sound related to NoScript...Can you post screenshots of the differences?

Whats "incognito mode" on a Firefox?
Do you mean Safe Mode, or new profile, or Private Browsing, or ...?

The first pic is what i was getting after the installation, the result page's appearance was different too ('cached' and 'similar' were visible links as opposed to options via the drop down list)

Anyway, i've since restored it back to how it was pre installation, i found google 'search settings' via a google search and then turned "safesearch on"(this setting was not available via altered results page so had to go via the search settings results link) and then back off again and it somehow sorted itself out.

Sorry, you're right, i meant private browsing.

(The screenshots cannot be displayed because they contain errors, but it doesn't matter since you've solved the problem.)

OK it's probably some google cookie just got corrupted, turning safesearch off & on could have caused it to get re-written maybe?

Anyway as Thrawn said, not related to NoScript; but glad you got it resolved.
