Hi, I'm trying to run Controle de Scripts 1.0.3 (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/1154) along with NoScript 1.9.7 on Firefox 3.5.1. I had heard other people say that NoScript prevents CdS from working properly, and it seems to be true - with NoScript enabled, I can't create any new security policies in CdS. Once I disable the NoScript plugin, then CdS works - I can create new security policies and they do take effect. Is this something that can be fixed in NoScript?

No, unluckily it's not possible because of CAPS limitations.
Moreover, CAPS's fine grained DOM access control is being deprecated in Gecko for performance reasons, therefore CdS is likely to become definitely incompatible with future Firefox versions.
