[RESOLVED] NoScript Icon grayed out

Did a reset of Firefox 39.0 and had to reinstall NoScript.
It shows as being enabled and moved it to my Navigation Bar but the icon is grayed out
and if I hover over it, it shows Revoke Temporary Permissions.
How can I activate NoScript 2.6.9.31?

Nevermind. I was able, via Customize, to move the Active Icon into my Nav Bar and remove the inactive one.
