IDM was not working with developer version 64 bit

I installed the developer version 40 64-bit about a month ago. I have IDM and Flashgot was not working with it. The "Flashgot link" context menu was missing. I tried changing options and it did not help. I used built-in downloader and the context menu was missing there too. Previously I had developer version 37 and it was working fine. So, I installed that and it worked. (The user agent says linux-64 but I am actually using ff dev vesion 37 32-bit on Windows 8.1 64bit)

Otherwise FlashGot works?

So the download manager is not the issue, simply that the context menu item is missing?
As a test, create a new, clean Profile.
Install only FlashGot.
Any change?
If not, how about with the 32-bit version of FF 40?

I finally got time to test it. Tried latest developer version 41 32bit. The content menu only shows Flashgot all and Build media. The downloading automatically when left clicking works fine, issue is with right click context menu. It's not related to IDM actually. As I enabled on built-in downloader. And menus were missing still then.
