Bing freezes when retrieving login status/info

First off, I'm only having this issue on one of two computers, so I realize that the problem is on my end, but I'm having difficulties fixing it.
When I perform a search on Bing, the initial search results load. I get the NoScript notification regarding Scripts Currently Forbidden. When I select to temporarily allow Bing.com, it attempts to retrieve user login status with live.com and freezes for 25 seconds whether you are already logged in or not.
If I start FF in safe mode, there are no problems. Likewise, if I uninstall NoScript there are no problems. As soon as I install it, the freeze returns. Since I don't have this issue on a second PC, I assume the problem is in the settings on this pc. So I have tried the following:
Any suggesstions on what to do to try narrow this down and eliminate the problem?

- Reset NoScript Settings
- Uninstall/reinstall NoScript
- Uninstalled/reinstalled Firefox.
- Uninstalled/reinstalled Firefox and also removed the Program Directory as well as all Profile Data before reinstalling.
