Several Clickjack warnings registering for PayByPhone

I was just registering for the PayByPhone service on https://www.paybyphone.com/registration, using NoScript with Firefox on my Windows PC. In the course of filling out this registration form to create an account I am getting a number of Clickjack warnings on various controls on that page. This seems like a fairly mainstream and secure website and I wonder if someone could help me understand what my best course of action should be here. Thanks.

Please check the Browser Console (Ctrl-Shift-J) when this happens and post here any messages related to NoScript.
