FF41 + NoScript + keyword bookmarklet triggers popup blocker

Firefox supports bookmarklets with a window.open(url), which opens a new tab with the requested URL. Recently, there was some breakage in Firefox where activating the bookmarklet by keyword would trigger the popup blocker:

FF38 - OK
FF39 - triggers popup blocker
FF40 - triggers popup blocker
FF41.0a2 (2015-07-03) - OK
FF42.0a1 (2015-07-03) - OK

I reported the vanilla Firefox without-NoScript problem as https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1180342 (fixed in FF41+)

However, with NoScript 2.6.9.29 installed, FF41 is no longer OK (it triggers the popup blocker), while FF42 Nightly is fine. Not sure if this is something NoScript can/should work around. Some kind of LOAD_FLAGS_ALLOW_POPUPS flag may be involved, as mentioned on https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1044351
