NoScript doesn't work well with Mozilla Shumway

Hello,
I'm a Firefox user on Linux. I've been using Mozilla Shumway since many months ago. Mozilla Shumway is an open source replacement for Adobe's Flash.
Shumway allows using Adobe's flash as a manual fallback if the user considers that Shumway isn't working correctly.
I've recently installed NoScript, and as it's expected, blocks flash objects. The problem appears when I tell NoScript to unblock the flash object, instead of loading it with Shumway (as it works when NoScript isn't installed), it directly uses the Adobe's Flash plugin (In my case it loads the Chrome's flash pepper plugin through freshplayerplugin).
I think this should be considered as a bug (I don't know if it's a NoScript bug, a Shumway bug, or a combination of both), because NoScript has been created to enhance the security and the privacity of the users, and Mozilla Shumway inspires much more confidence than Adobe's Flash (because it's open source, because its security model, and because its a Mozilla's project, not an Adobe's one).
Thank you for your time!
