NoScript won't let me confirm option changes

I just reinstalled No Script and I love it, except for the fact that I've been foreced to use the default settings and only the default settings. Whenever I go into the options menu to change something, whether it be whitelisting a site or anything for that matter, I'm unable to confirm my changes. "Allow" on the whitelist page and "OK" at the bottom of the main menu aren't greyed out as they are both clickable, but neither of them do anything. Clicking OK doesn't save my options and exit out. The only way to exit the options menu is to click cancel or the X. I also noticed that the "default" whitelist including the FF add-on page is also non-existant. I've tried looking around but I have yet to come across anything that could help. I'd really like to use No Script, but right now it doesn't seem to be having any of it.

I just tried disabling all other extensions and the problem still persists. I tried a few other quick fixes as well, but some of them require changing something in the options menu which I'm unable to do in the first place.

As a test, create a new, clean Proflle.
Install only NoScript.
Does that work?

Nope. Created a new profile, installed only no script. Any extensions that were included were disabled by default and I still couldn't click the OK button and have it actually do anything. I must say, in all my years of using both Firefox and W7, this is one of the weirder complications I've had.

There should have been no extensions at all, right, as none are included?

What A/V are you using?
Restart you computer in Safe Mode & again test.

I'm using Kaspersky which might end up being the problem as the extensions that were included - but disabled, were from KS. I'm only able to disable them via the add-on menu but there's no option to remove them all together.

I just tried to reinstall FF and see if I just had an out of date version or something was wrong with it, but I'm still getting the same problem with no script. I'm gonna try it all again in safe mode and see what happens. But do you know of a way to remove extensions without the use of the built in add-on menu?

An extension you can always go in & brute force it, just flat out delete it from the /extensions/ directory in your Profile.

A Plugin is installed at the OS level, & more then likely the most you can do with that is to disable (set it to 'Never Activate') it in Addons Manager - unless the particular application (Kaspersky, or whatever) has a method to remove (or not use) a browser plugin.

I'm having the exact same problem!
Seems like a great extension, but it's really annoying to use with no customizability.

It's like the OK button on the options window just doesn't work. I can move between all the tabs and click everything but when I try to allow a site or click OK to confirm changes....nothing happens.

Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it didn't help.
