Autostart not working properly with many links

When downloading >100 files at once with enabled autostart, FlashGot often leaves many "choose download method" windows open (around 10-15% of all files I think), and those windows do not have anything in drop-down menu where my downloaders are supposed to be kept. Apparently when closing those windows (cancel), the action actually gets executed, but not always. Also tried using Firefox' own remembering-download-option capabilites instead of autostart with FlashGot - same embarassing results.
(Also, not sure if related, but during this operation not all command-line options got passed properly to my downloader.)
