[FR] Add a menuitem to NS's menu to toggle ABE.

Sometimes ABE rules block a site's functionality and then I have to open NS options in order to toggle ABE. I'd like NS button's menu have a menuitem to quickly toggle ABE.

Bad idea. That is an invitation to disable more protection than needed.
What could be a decent idea though, is to have menu item to disable each ruleset active on that page. Then, say, if you have a FOO ruleset that's triggering, you just disable that, you won't be asked to disable SYSTEM as well...
