forced HTTPS site exceptions not working

NoScript forced HTTPS exceptions are not working, changing from recent behavior.

For example, if I have the following in my forced-HTTPS sites:
*.morningstar.com

And put this in the exception list:
news.morningstar.com

If I go to http://news.morningstar.com, it automatically redirects to https://news.morningstar.com. If I remove the *.morningstar.com rule, I don't get redirected.

NoScript 2.6.9.23 Firefox 38.01

There was, - Removed legacy STS support, so maybe something with that?

As a test, if you drop back down to http://secure.informaction.com/download ... 6.9.22.xpi, does your expected behavior return?

Downgrading to 2.6.9.22 has the correct behaviour, and upgrading back to 2.6.9.23 broke it again.

So can you please verify therube's suggestion by checking whether the problem is already in 2.6.9.23rc1?

Should be fixed in latest development build 2.6.9.25rc1, thank you.
