Two Embeddings RFEs

RFE #1: Embeddings, Apply these restrictions to temporarily allowed sites too

Currently there is a checkbox in NoScript Options > Embeddings that says "Apply these restrictions to whitelisted sites too". As a permanently Allowed site is generally considered more trustworthy than a Temporarily allowed site, could we please have the option to apply those restrictions to Temporarily allowed sites without applying them to sites in the permanent whitelist?

Example use cases:
- Tunein.com has recently switched to HTML5 audio streams, and there's no reason to allow all active content from the site serving the stream. This option would reduce menu clutter by resulting in not seeing the "Temporarily allow" menu items for the source of the stream.
- Perhaps I visit a site where I discover I want allowed JS and HTML5 audio/video Allowed but not Flash. Couple the requested option with noscript.allowedMimeRegExp and that becomes possible while not needing to either set "Apply these restrictions to whitelisted sites too" and duplicate my entire whitelist to noscript.allowedMimeRegExp, or write ABE rules.

RFE #2:
This would be even more powerful if there were some way to opt to limit select entries in noscript.allowedMimeRegExp to script-allowed sites only - then it would cover cases where, say, I sometimes want only JS+Flash and sometimes no active content at all.
*Always* check the changelogs BEFORE updating that important software!
