There is a website that is blocked and I cannot unblock it. I clicked on NS icon and checked allow andI put it in white list. I did not block it (I've been there in the past with no problems.

Can we see the site?
Did you try NoScript Options|Reset and then Allow all on this page?

If the address you are entering matches a domain that is already entered in your whitelist, then when you go to add it, the Allow button will remain grayed out.

Hmm, not an issue I have ever experienced, can you provide a bit more details, like the link to the page or something?
