[RESOLVED] links change with a # to Server not found

Post by hewee »

Hi,
I got NoScript update last night and again this morning and not have v 1.9.6.9.
But I an not able to get to site clicking placeholder to play flash games in new window.
See post here about it http://hackademix.net/2008/01/22/welcome-misuses/ that Giorgio posted last after I told him about it.

Now I do the same thing and when I right click noscript I may see the site list twice and the one added one will have # at the end of the link.
If you get noscript to even show that added link clicking on it does no good either and that is because there is no link.

If I go to http://www.esklavos.com/alkirian2/alkirian2.swf
and click the place holder it turns turns to
http://www.esklavos.com#/alkirian2/alkirian2.swf
But it should load the flash in the same link http://www.esklavos.com/alkirian2/alkirian2.swf and not add the # to the site
Your just get this here.
Server not found
Firefox can't find the server at http://www.esklavos.com#.

I like to play the flash games but want them full screen so my old eyes can see.

Sorry no edit so will add what I forgot.

I disabled NoScript and I can go to the links and get them to work.

http://escapegames.stoneagegames.com/st ... scape2.swf

http://www.esklavos.com/alkirian2/alkirian2.swf

http://escapegames.stoneagegames.com/st ... escape.swf

http://www.bee.123bee.com/find-the-numbers-24.swf

But all will get the # added to kill the link unless I disable NoScript.

Confirmed.
Looks to be an issue on Gecko 1.8.x.
