What going on, I remove with keep settings or remove all but still noscript works, why?, I use a white list and switch off again, My temporary solution...

Please clarify what you mean by "still noscript works". What exact functionality of NoScript?

I removed noscript but a scripts blocking websites still works

check that about:config > javascript.enabled is set to true
