[RESOLVED] NoScript blocks scripts with literal IPv6 address

Since around 9.6.14 or 9.6.15, I believe, NoScript blocks all scripts on pages (router configuration in my case) that use literal IPv6 addresses to be accessed. Yes, all those pages are fully whitelisted, and the literal IPv6 appears in the whitelist. Even with Scripts allowed globally, the pages are still not working. Disabling NoScript completely restores their functionality.

Example URLs are

Code: Select all

https://[fe80::1234:5678:2222:1]

Code: Select all

https://[fd16:34:22:9a::2]
There are multiple possibilities at hand:
1. There was a change I'm not aware of. I'd be grateful for a hint in this case.
2. This is a bug, or collateral damage of recent fixes.

Thanks for reading

Thanks for replying!

The last version (just checked) that works is 2.6.9.14 (sorry for the wrong version# in first post). Functionality is broken for 2.6.9.15rc1 and beyond.

Feedback

Using the dev build 2.6.9.18rc2, the issue with scripts on literal IPv6 sites is fixed. Yay. :D
