Allowed an update yesterday to move up to No-Script version 1.9.6.9. Now, when I attempt to view a "reviews widget" on my web page, I'm getting an error dialog box that there is an error loading script. If anyone would like to see it (if you are using the latest and greatest No-Script version), the URL to that page is: http://www.collinshouseinn.com/Rooms_Ra ... rates.html. If I disable "No-Scripts" the review widget (from bedandbreakfast.com) displays correctly. It also displays correctly if I view the page in IE or Google Chrome.
It also appears that the web sites listed in my "whitelist" are now all forbidden! It won't allow me to add any more sites -- as the "Allow" button now stays grayed out.
Any suggestions would be REALLY helpful.
Thanks so much! Sheilaq

I'm checking it. BTW, does your problem go away if you set the noscript.checkInclusionType about:config preference to false?Sheilaq wrote:the URL to that page is: http://www.collinshouseinn.com/Rooms_Ra ... rates.html.
Are they actually listed in NoScript Options|Whitelist or not?Sheilaq wrote: It also appears that the web sites listed in my "whitelist" are now all forbidden!
This usually means that the site you want to allow is already listed or implied by another listed item (e.g. www.google.com by google.com).Sheilaq wrote: It won't allow me to add any more sites -- as the "Allow" button now stays grayed out.
Is this the case?

Re: Recent Update to 1.9.6.9
Hi Giorgio, and thank you for your help. To answer your questions, in accessing the about:config area there does not appear to be an item named noscript.checkInclusionType. The closest thing I see is -- and it appears to me that they ARE in alphabetical order -- is a noscript.checkHijacking (or something to that nature).
I played around some more with the whitelist items and had deleted a couple and tried re-entering them. Apparently, the software was not happy with my prefacing the URL's with the http:// . . . when I put them in without it, they worked fine. So, yes there is a list of "whitelist" items through Options. Both our web site (http://www.collinshouseinn.com) and http://www.bedandbreakfast.com are listed in the whitelist.
Again, everything worked fine until I allowed the update yesterday, so I'm figuring it may be a bug in the update?
Thanks again for taking the time to reply to quickly.

Re: Recent Update to 1.9.6.9
Giorgio,
Went back into the about:config and did find noscript.inclusionTypeChecking -- figured that's what you had really meant. Changed it to "false" and even restarted FireFox -- but no luck. Still get the script error and no proper display of the reviews widget -- which is a javascript just to clarify.
I know it's probably something really simple to fix, but I'll just have to keep plugging away and trying to figure it out. If you come up with any more ideas, please share.
Thanks again.

Re: Recent Update to 1.9.6.9
Giorgio,
FINALLY figured it out . . . thanks so seeing some other posts and replies to a question regarding the use and entries into the noscript.inclusionTypeChecking.exclusion item in about:config. I added http://www.bedandbreakfast.com/inns/ as my exclusion string and now my review widget displays just as it always did.

@Sheilaq:
latest development build 1.9.6.92 should let the mistyped scripts from breakfast.com pass even without an exception (I tuned the inclusion checks to be more forgiving towards bona-fide misconfigurations).
Thanks for reporting.
