[Resolved] Menu list becomes very long

A few months ago something changed, either in NoScript or on my computer, which caused the list of script sites in the menu to be much longer. Some websites which I trust suddenly showed ten script sites and even became flagged by McAfee SiteAdvisor. Possible reason may be malware of adware on the sites or on my computer (MalwareBytes already removed some malware, but these new sites keep appearing). The same list of additional sites appear to be the same for each website I visit, which makes it difficult to select the few sites which I have to allow for that site.
There are two suggestions for improvement I would like in NoScript:
(1) Because for each site I now get two menu items (Allow and Temporarily allow) the menu grows very fast. An option would be to show only the site names, with a colored icon to show whether they are currently allowed or forbidden, and put the actions in submenus.
(2) Apart from the two commands Allow and Temporarily allow I would like a third option: Permanently forbid. This would make suggestion (1) even more important of course. Forbid permanently would put a script source in a personal (local) blacklist. Items in this blacklist should not appear in the menu again until they have been removed from that blacklist, and should always be forbidden on any webpage they appear. Management of the blacklist should be possible in the NoScript options dialog, same as with the whitelist now.
