Hi,

Let's say I'm in a video streaming website.
I temporarily allow all scripts until I finally get the video to stream.
Would it be possible to then, probably by hovering over the video element, remove all temporarily allowed scripts, except the ones that make the video stream work?

That would require digging around in each individual site's scripts and seeing what portions of the script are for the video and what's for other stuff.
I think it is not technically possible to automate that generically.

You may be able to get sort of what you want on some sites by temporarily allowing the needed sites, then using Revoke Temporary Permissions without reloading the video page? (Play with about:config > noscript.autoReload* prefs to fine tune the auto reload behavior to suit this scenario / how you would prefer it. Note that that suggestion only would work if the video player requires JS to *initialize* but does not need JS to *run*)

It's a bit like mixing a bunch of ingredients together and then asking a computer to determine which ones were responsible for a particular flavor. A human might be able to answer, but a computer will have great difficulty.
