(NoScript) Security Downgrade Warning (when disabling NoScript, Addons Manager) - AWOL, in FF, at least as of FF 33.1.1.

noscript.removalWarning is at its default, true.

Ah, it only happens if noscript.global;true is set.

Which makes sense, because all it does is offer to set Allow Scripts Globally instead of disabling NS, so the warning is useless if that's already set.
