Unwanted ad on NoScript.com???

When I opened NoScript.com an ad for SpeedUpMyComputer appeared with the page. It looked like part of the page and was free software, so I downloaded it. It has found 123 Registry errors, etc, etc. and now wants me to get a serial number (or something, etc, etc). and I am beginning to wonder: is this something you put on your page and recommend? or is it just super sneaky adware?

That is software Giorgio actually recommends, and he has vetted it (and the company that develops it) quite extensively before putting those ads on his site.
Not adware.

OK, thanks, I'll follow all the instructions and look forward to having my registry cleaned up, etc. And please tell Giorgio thanks for making that available.

Not to dissuade you, but it is up to you to decide whether some [registry cleaner or any other program] is of actual value to you, not simply because it displays an ad on some website.
