The NSA install.rdf links to https://secure.informaction.com/update/, but the file https://secure.informaction.com/downloa ... 716225.xpi is not present. There should be a '1' for the minute (2014-07-16 22:51).
This might be responsible for the periodic "Installation failed" messages I get in FF.

Oh my god, that's what that message was?
I'd periodically see "Installation failed" when using my browser, but I think it even showed up when Firefox wasn't the active app! I was getting kind of paranoid about some malware attempting to install itself or something, but I figured there's probably a simple explanation (like this!).
