Unblocking flash object

Hi, it's always been that when unblocking a flash object you just had to click the placeholder icon once and the video would start, however with recent nightlies that no longer applies. Instead, you need to right click the Noscript menu and specifically unblock "Temporarily allow shockwave-flash. This behavior is now similar to unblocking HTML5. Is there some way to restore it back to how it was and still is in previous versions of Firefox?

This can be tested on any youtube or Dailymotion page.

Have you tried with NoScript disabled?
(IOW there are some general [though I"m not sure what exactly] issues with Flash in NIghtly.)

It works for me on YouTube in Nightly. (test url: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WJnu2H9BPqY)
Now I had a very similar sounding issue before, and it turned out not to be a NoScript issue.
If you disable all extensions other than NoScript, does the problem persist?

Yes I did try it with noscript disabled and the videos started right up. When re-enabled on the Dailymotion site I'm getting XSS cross-site errors that stop when I uncheck the two options under XSS FAQ.

But still, clicking on the placeholder icon takes me to a large screen with only the placeholder and the video never starts. What I did was create a fresh profile with only noscript and it's the same result. It does work however when you right click the Noscript menu and unblock "Temporarily allow shockwave-flash.

This is only happening with today's nightly. Barbaz, is that what you're using, today's 11/04/2014 nightly?
