Hi,
version 2.6.9.1 does not seem to recognize scripts loaded on the page except those of the top-level domain. The scripts are well recognized in the "mark as untrusted" menu. I consider this a bug.

Sorry, I cannot reproduce, unless you enabled NoScript Options|Advanced|Trusted|Cascade top document's permissions to 3rd party scripts: if this is the case, that's by design.
If the setting above is disabled, does downgrading actually fix your issue?
Anyway, could you please use NoScript Options|Export (for future reference or restore) and NoScript Options|Reset to exclude any specific setting which may have caused your issue?
