Some sites, like Google, add themselves to about:permissions

I searched around the forums and couldn't find anything on this. Sorry if it's already been answered and I missed it.

I have an odd problem. I normally use the internet with cookies disabled completely. I only turn them on temporarily when I need to do something that requires them, like logging in somewhere. I always disable them and delete all cookies when I'm finished. But some sites, when I use noscript's 'temporarily allow' function, will add themselves to my cookies' exception list in about:permissions, which I normally keep EMPTY. It may not have anything to do with noscript, but it only seems to happen when I temporarily enable certain sites, like Youtube and Google.

Google is acting like an abusive ex, please help me...

NoScript does not mess with about:permissions.
Have you got any other security-related add-on?

I investigated a bit further and it looks like it's not noscript related after all. I tried visiting a few sites with embeded youtube videos, while having noscript block EVERYTHING, and something is still adding youtube to my exceptions list.

Heres my extension list anyways:

Plugins:
Shockwave Flash 15.0.0.152
Adobe Acrobat 11.0.2.0

addons:
NoScript 2.6.9.1
Adblock Plus 2.6.5 <------ whitelist NOT enabled
BetterPrivacy 1.68
Disconnect 3.14.0
Ghostery 5.4.1
HTTPS-Everywhere 4.0.2
Privacy Badger 0.2.3
Modify Headers 0.7.1.1 <------ Only one action set: (X-Forwarded-for - 12.13.14.15) currently turned off though, I only use it occasionally

I'll try asking around elsewhere, but I'll check back later in case you think up something. Thanks anyways!
