Prefer https, not force it

Hello!

Is there a way to use NoScript to "prefer" https (like HTTPSeverywhere does) rather than force it (which causes problems)?

Thanks

That's what the HTTPS Finder addon does...but it has been removed from addons.mozilla.org, and the Github site hasn't been updated in 10 months, so it's unlikely to work on recent Firefox.

Otherwise, no, there isn't this option in NoScript.

What you can do, and I usually do, is allow only the HTTPS version of a site, by enabling Full Addresses in Options-Appearance. Then the HTTP version of a site can't really do much to you, even if someone tampers with it on the wire.
