i want to allow javascript in a website . but i dont want that website to be able to detect im currently reading their site or i switched to another tab . ( for example i want to open a website that is a browser game and i want to switch to another tab and i want the game website not detect i switched to another tab and game not be paused )
(if i completely do not allow javascript in that game site then the game wont work at all )
is it possible to do that with noscript ?

You probably could by writing an appropriate Surrogate Script, but you need to analyze the page and understand exactly how it detects/does stuff in order to cripple it.
