Is this duplicate versions of development build showing on Changelog as version 2.6.8.42rc3? (two 2.6.8.42rc3 showing)... or the other is supposed to be the stable version 2.6.8.42... so it is just a typo?

From the looks of it, it would appear it is meant to be the stable 2.6.8.42.
